I'm assuming that you hit "generate" again after moving your 1 and 2 points? in the past, I have had some trouble getting a scan to generate in specific areas. Most of the time, it was because I edited my location manually of each location/vector setting. If I move the scan .0001in from where it wouldn't work, sometimes it would. Some scans looked like it completely skipped over random areas. I chalk this up to something possibly wrong with the model (assumption) and i move to one of the other scans and it works fine. Linear closed, linear open, or perimeter. One will always work for me.
Been through the same thing here, seems impossible sometime to have it regenerate the scan path after small adjustments. I am leaning towards PC-DMIS fault, not the model/s.
