How to measure hole on an angle.

Autoing the circle gives me a ellipse.

What's the best way about this? I need diameter and true position.

Think you need to construct a cylinder, take a bunch of vector points and construct a cylinder. You will get size and location with this method.

I'm with Mike. construct it as a cylinder and move on. it can be as few as 5 hits.

Also I think if you hold shift and click on the wall of the feature it would create an auto cylinder that should put the hits in the correct spot without all off the CAD.
