Came in this morning from normal weekend shutdown, and hand controller will not power up. Not a single green light!! No power down on Friday, normal startup this morning. Checked fuses and wires, cant seem to figure it out! Any tips or hints?
Did notice this after look through our other machines main power box, the drive light is not lit up on the problem machine. Tried changing controller from machine to machine with no luck.

this means the machine isnt connected to the servos or isnt powering up properly. you swapped the hand controller your said? and it made no difference?
