I am using a 0.7X20mm probe (long thin shaft). What are the best calibration settings for this probe? It keeps failing calibration for a few tip angles (.0004 deviation). I am using DCC+DCC 31 hits (5 levels) with a start angle of 10 and end angle of 90.
I am having such trouble with this. My 4X5X4 machines calibrated these probes perfectly fine but my 7X10X7 machines are both having issues.
I wonder if my problem is that I'm using a green module (HP-TM-MF)...pretty sure it's supposed to be yellow for a probe of this length...my 4X5X4 machines have yellow modules
