Remove Extra File Header

Somehow the file header got copied and pasted twice into a measurement routine. PC-DMIS won't let me delete the extra copy because it is "protected code". Is there any way to remove it?

I've never seen that happen. Shell the program into a new one. Copy all your programming code, not the file header, and paste.
