Arrow graphic is covering part

Is there a setting somewhere to change the size of this arrow graphic? When I pick the feature it takes up so much space on my model that I can't see the other features.

So far I've searched through the CAD lighting menus, the F5 Setup Options and F10 parameters with no luck. I've also searched here but can't find this particular graphic issue.

Also, if the picture isn't showing below please let me know and I'll attach it differently.

Not sure how to delete the post, so mods feel free to do so! Unchecking the "shaded" button is a workaround I guess, but it's not ideal.
