Problem with location

Hello, I want to ask about the conditions for locations. I have 2 programs - same alignment, same datums, same procedure, no difference in programming procedure. Nevertheless, the results are absolutely different. How is it possible? I can't understand what happened Disappointed Thank you

  • Perhaps there is an alignment problem or part might be moving. I would break down the program into smaller pieces & analyze line by line. I remember not long ago I aligned using readpoint & checked the part among them were few profiles. CMM indicated those profiles are out. I broke down the program into just those profiles & changed alignment strategy to manual alignment & then repeat of it in DCC with more points. Guess what profiles turned out better than before.
