Joystick don't work with PC-DMIS 4.3

Hello everyone,

I work with a CMM and the software PC-DMIS 4.3
The joystick suddenly stopped working with PC-DMIS. However, it works without problems on Windows XP. Anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this?

What is this joystick? The one with LCD screen? If so there a a way to reset it but I can't recall the steps. I haven't used one of these for 5 years or so.
