Adjust Edit Window Location Using Settings Editor

I accidentally moved my feature edit window off screen. I know there's an adjustment in the Settings Editor that I can do to fix the issue. What is the setting called and how much should I adjust by?See Attachment.

if you have a VIEW saved, you can just recall it
