PCDMIS CAD++ 2020 R1 PCDMIS initialize screen shows up then nothing happens.

Hello Forum,

After the weekend I went to startup PCDMIS with no luck. I have tried restarting the controlling and computer with no luck. I go to double click and open PCDMIS and I will get the initial screen and then it will disappear. The task manager shows this for a couple of seconds while the initializing box shows up and also disappears. I have spoke to Hexagon and have a case opened, but there's no telling when they will get back to me. Any help would be great. I have checked the forum also before I posted this.

  • Can you run the PC with full Administrator rights? Seems the update has stopped you having access to the registry. The blank screen is because you disabled the home screen in the settings editor. I run PCDMIS like this on several machines, so it's normal. If you want the icons back reactivate it in the settings editor. But I had problems with it crashing PCDMIS several times.
