Excel Form Report

Is it possible to have my Excel form report output match my existing AS9102 first article report? I would like my output to match the B/P bubble drawing. Any help/advise would be appreciated. Thanks.

One way to accomplish this is to place your dimensions at the end of the measurement routine in the same order as your report.
