What does the "L" mean shown on this drawing please

Hi All we do not work in ASMI Y14.5 very often and i was wondering if anyone had come across this "L" next to a minus value and maybe say what it means. Thanks

I think it means "break-edge" - so the edge shouldn't be sharp or have any burrs. The - means you are allowed to remove material and the 0.005 is the amount you can remove.
