What does the "L" mean shown on this drawing please

Hi All we do not work in ASMI Y14.5 very often and i was wondering if anyone had come across this "L" next to a minus value and maybe say what it means. Thanks

  • As in the table, to be complete...

    One number is the limit (MAX or MIN) from zero. Two numbers is a range tolerance.

    Pointing at an edge, + is burr required/amount, - is edge break required/amount
    Pointing in a junction between two surfaces, + is a fillet radius, - is an undercut/relief

    You drawing is a .005 MAX edge break.
