Measure ALL iter align features now?

Whenever I create or edit an iterative alignment, I am asked the following question... twice:

What is this for? Why is the software so insistent that it asks me twice? Once when closing the Iterative Alignment Dialog and again when I close the Alignment Utilities Dialog.

I normally program offline and I still get this question. I always answer No, since there is actually no part being measured, but I have to wonder if there is something I'm missing here.

It's standard verbiage it asks thinking you're connected to a machine. I ignore it when writing programs offline.

when i was editing in online and changed some points in alignment after clicking no my changes was rejected without any info about it.

but the info about changes and recalculations was shown so it may be danger every ime need to double check did the software accepted new sethings or no
