Hey all,
I'm trying to calibrate a probe at a length we don't typically use, and it won't calibrate. It's like pc dmis thinks it's too long. When calibrating A0B0 it will take the first hits correct, then go down further in the Z- direction and starts hitting the shank of the 2 by 40 probe. Then finishes and gives me an error. The probe I'm trying to calibrate is...
>converttoM2 >60mmext >20mmext >2mmx40tip total length being 120mm, not counting the convert to M2 piece. Any tips?
shank qual not checked. and still same issue. Takes the first 4 right, then goes to the side, but an inch or so lower than the probe tip. Another thought.....why would it let me build a probe that wont calibrate...or how long extension wise can you go before it pulls something like this. I did calibrate a shorter tip and it worked fine.
