Offline Programming Inquiry

I need some guidance. I'm hoping someone could lend some expertise. So I'm trying to make a program offline. I populated some features and can simulate the program. However, I cannot get the machine to move as well. The CMM won't move. Am I missing something?

Select FILE>OPEN and under the "File Name" box in windows explorer should be a pull down option to select either Machine or Offline. You must select machine for the machine to move
