First , I am pretty sure that I am doing something wrong. I have a part that is a OD cylinder laying along my Y axis that is datum B. There is a ID cylinder that is drilled perpendicular to the OD cylinder that is datum A. Since I have 2 cylinders, I use them for my alignment constraining the 6 DOF. I then have a callout for true position of the Datum A to Datum B and the measurement is 0.0001". Is the reason for such little deviation because I am aligning to those features?
Second is the true position callout. I think I need another datum there such as a plane to stop translation. See attached.
