Calibration errors, need help and suggestion

Hello all.

I had a program using 1 probe with 7 angles, When I did calibration this morning, the last angle got this error message. My prehit and retract is 3 mm. Is this hardware of software issue?

Our Global S had this kind of errors for weeks. Really headache...

  • FYI - I have that probe on two new machines and Hexagon has me doing 25 point qualifications, where I see you failed on hit 6 of 12.

    You might want to bump that up a bit when you get a replacement probe.

    Thank you. We check some parts with TP around 1-4 mm, circle with tolerance 0.1 mm. accuracy is not an issue for our programs and I am ok with this setting.
