How to decipher ISO Angle tolerances

Working on a part here with an ISO 2768 standard. How do I interpret the angle tolerances? ±0º20′ Not sure how to decipher this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can actually switch to using Degrees/Minutes/Seconds on the Dimensions Tab of Setup (F5).

Down the bottom on the right - that way you can enter the tolerances as they appear and report in the same fashion.
