We just upgraded to a new PC and version 2023.1. The software download went good without a hitch. However, when opened and prompted to select which probe is currently in use, we get the GPIB error. We use a Sheffiled Discovery III. Not too sure of the controller.
The Rs232 connector is connected to the new PC vis a RS232 to usb connector.
We have reached out to support, bt have not heard anything as of yet.
Any ideas on how we can address this? Thanks in advance for the insight.
