Measure bolt holes circles

Hi everyone,
Please help as I tried to measure the bolt circle angle but it showed zero value on the report as attached photo.. I created 2 lines from center of bolt circle to the 2 small circles, it showed correct the nominal value from CAD but no measure value on the report ..
I selected YPlus as working plane

What workplane does the line/s reside in (that you are trying to dimension)? If they reside in X, there will be no angle to evaluate in Y workplane. Try choosing X as workplane instead of Y.

Hi ,
The Bolt circles and the constructed lines resides in Y+ plane as the photo shown attached on the post. I can see the angle looked but there is no measured value at all. Not sure what Idid wrong...
