I had my pc dmis software updated to 2023 recently by Hexagon. Occasionally since then, I will do the manual hits at the start of a program to do my initial alignment, then when the program switches to DCC to run the rest of the program it runs on the screen but the machine does not move. Is there a simulation mode that I am unaware of and toggling on by accident sometimes?
I'm not 100% sure on this, but I've had this happen to me before recently. After a reboot of the PC and not the machine, if you open PC-DMIS too quickly, it opens in offline mode, even if you're running in online mode. It will say Offline up top of the application instead of the usual Online. Closing and re-opening it fixes it. It may need a little more time to initialize.
