Just to clarify, I'm refering to QUALTOOLDATA file.

I'm not sure I understand.

QUALTOOLDATA is a function to get information about the reference sphere.

tool.dat is the actual file which stores the reference sphere data - this can be found at C:\ProgramData\Hexagon\PC-DMIS\2023.1
