why can't my new version of the software open the settings editor? Do you know the solution?,my PC-DMIS2023.2 software is opened

you must:
(1) Run Pcdmis using 'RUN IN ADMIN MODE"
(2) Close Pcdmis
(3) Run settings editor

You can NOT run settings editor with Pcdmis open.

I didn't open the settings editor with PC-DMIS open, I opened PC-DMIS first, then closed it, then went to open the settings editor
