What does the "S" modifier do? The S inside a circle that is selectable when adding a modifier in a FCF. As I understand it, it mean Regardless of Feature Size or RFS. It seems redundant to me because RFS is assumed anyway if there is no modifier there. So what is the point? What does it actually do, if anything, when PC DMIS performs its calculations? Is it just there so the FCF on the report can visually match the print?
OLD standard was MMC implied and RFS needed to be called out or something that was tweaked way back in 82 ??? This is now RFS as default and everything else needs to be called out. The older symobls don't just go away though !
