Definitely the MBD file format for propagating MBD/CMM data through the quality process. QIF is very similar to STEP AP242 in terms of the data it contains, but they're different standards. PC-DMIS supports QIF import, but not export. If it supported export, I wouldn't have to have such a hefty integration with PC-DMIS API to extract the data I need and could instead parse out a QIF file with a nice ISO standard schema.
