You have selected the SIZE feature which will allow you have multiple diameter sizes in one tolerance box, like Least Squared and Max Inscribed, based on the modifiers you choose. If you only want one diameter to show, you LOCATION and select D as your axis and it will only report out one size, the size you chose on how to measure the diameter.
