Computer Specs for PCDMIS 2023.1

Hi All,

We are having issues with PCDMIS 2023.1 and after research and testing have come to the conclusion that we need to update our outdated pcs to be more inline with current specs,

Anyone who has upgraded also for this reason or has upgraded easily / using a spec that has had little to no issues with PCDMIS 2023.1 can you please tell me the spec and if you know price please so i can pitch this to my top management.

  • If it happens on more than one PC at your facility there is an IT issue on your end. Could be the CAD file. Are your graphics drivers up to date? PC is up to date? Send Hex your program and CAD, if you have not. Sometimes they only test on their "HEX block".
    Open GL settings? Reset User? DId you run as Administrator when you updated? did you do a back up of your settings? What type of CAD are you importing? Are you trying to drag and drop from windows explorer?

    What machine / controller are you using?
