Computer Specs for PCDMIS 2023.1

Hi All,

We are having issues with PCDMIS 2023.1 and after research and testing have come to the conclusion that we need to update our outdated pcs to be more inline with current specs,

Anyone who has upgraded also for this reason or has upgraded easily / using a spec that has had little to no issues with PCDMIS 2023.1 can you please tell me the spec and if you know price please so i can pitch this to my top management.

  • So CAD files we use are STEP files, however we have sent over CAD and Programs over to hexagon and they could not re-create our crashes. We thought this was an issue originally and went through with out IT department to ensure all drivers where up to date. we did go through each setting with a member of hexagon and even with any and all changes they performed we are still having crashes, they have decreased since the testing with hexagon but there still present and causing issues we don't use the drag and drop due to issues with it in the 2019 version. We are all admins so we always are running as admin.

    The issues are only on our offline PCs which we use for programming but our online seats we use DEA Global Advantage with a DC/PH+PE Controller
