Part measurement with reinstallation

Hello everyone!
Could you help me please?
I have a part with bases which i need to measured for coordinate system. But i need measured elements on the other side.
I read in pc dmis help that need measured elements, to do best fit, then turn over the part, measured another elements for to do best fit 2 and then equate coordinate systems, but CAD model don't transformation.
How can i solve this?

I am not totally sure it will work with bestfit, the help file explains this pretty well, you need to measure the same features for both alignments.

Look at the search results in the left pane.

This could also be done using the "leapfrog" command.

I measured plate1 for Z plus, cir 1 for center X, Y, and cir2 for direcrion Y plus, then turn turn over part, measured plat 1 for Z minus, cir 1 for center X, Y, and cir2 for direction, but a prob didn't turn around Y in cad.

Try to do a leapfrog function - check the helpfile for how.

Is the part small enough to stand up on the table so that the probe has access to both side of the plate ? Without a picture or drawing it's difficult to know how to help you.
