For the help problem - go to the HELP menu and look to see if you have "Use offline help" selected.

The warning message relates to the ASME / ISO rules relating to datums referenced at MMB and how to calculate the material boundaries. In order to calculate the MMB/LMB boundary correctly, you need to have previously reported your datum features with their applicable size and geometric tolerances. This has always been the case but we recently updated the help file and added the warning message to make it clear. This was in response to a number of recent posts on this forum in addition to various support calls we received.

This is detailed in section 4-16 & para 4.11.6.1 of the 2009 version of ASME Y14.5 and in section 7.11 & para 7.11.6.1 of the 2018 version of ASME Y14.5
