Issue with custom probe builder

I recently upgraded to 2023 R2 and am having issues with custom probe builder. I can build a probe and save the file, but the new probe is not showing up in the probe list, or in the PROBE directory. Can't seem toto figure out what I'm doing wrong.
  • Make sure you are selecting the correct "connection type" for your equipment. The probe utilities list filters based on the connection type - for example, if the connection type is M2, you will only be able to see components that are defined as having an M2 thread connection. Most of the connection types are pretty self explanatory but I know you can run into problems with Leitz probes because, even though they are an M5 thread, they only show up if you select Leitz.

Thanks - got it fixed now.

However, I'm trying to put this new probe into our TP20 6-port probe rack, but for some reason it's the only one that won't load automatically. Ports 1-5 work normally, but when loading or unloading the new probe, it asks me to manually remove the new probe before loading another probe or when trying to load the new probe. I checked port assignments, and the correct probe is specified for the port.
