Position tolerances on the slopes

I am trying to understand how position tolerances are interpreted by PC-DMIS. Everything is clear when the datums are orthogonal to each other but it's a mystery to me when a part has features on slopes. The picture shows two holes circled in orange I want to measure. The datum reference frame is interpreted by me as distances from datums A, B , C, and perpendicular to datum E. PC-DMIS does not understand this.
Can somebody tell me how PC-DMIS interprets the position tolerances on the slopes? What should be the datum reference frame in the picture for position tolerance for PC-DMIS to understand?

Thank you.
