Cylinder from Constructed Cast Circles

Using CAD++ v2022.2...I have a square hole thru center of cylindrical part. Callout is for 'runout' of the square feature to the OD. I was attempting to use Auto Square Slot to measure 3 Z heights for the slot...construct circles...then construct a cylinder but can't seem to get things to work. Can only generate "cast circles" from square slots...construct cylinder refuses to use cast circles.

My first attempt years ago on same part was measuring simple lines from the square sides...but fast forwarding a few PC-DMIS versions, and the cylinder constructed from circles constructed from lines throws an error saying my cylinder is not a cylinder.

Obviously I'm missing something...but what is it??
Is there a better way to do this?

Radial Circular runout can only apply to circular features - imagine sitting a shaft in two v-blocks and spinning it. Profile of a surface would be more appropriate for a square slot. I think you need to talk to the designer to establish what it is they are actually trying to control.
