Need help for Blade inspection

I am using PC-DMIS version 4.1, mr-1. Need to inspect blade/blade twist. How can I using noted software? Note: After reading the forums can I come to the conclusion that without "Blade" software and training that it is almost impossible?

  • Measuring blades without the blade software is not impossible. However, you will have to struggle with measuring strategies and then interpreting the results. It will take you monhts if not years before fully understanding how to properly measure a blade on a CMM.

    The blade software solves most of that. Yes, you will need extensive training and the software ain't cheap. But trust me, it is worth the money!
