star probe calibrations at A90

So I've got a part that has some internal features that required me to make a small star probe (actually using a 6 way connector so no tip in Z and I've got 3 of 6 slots being used alternating) from the research I've done so far, I know to calibrate the A90 angle I've got to have my qual sphere at an angle other than 0,0,1 (I've picked 0,-1,0) So what I've done is the following.
  1. Calibrate my master probe in A0B0 using qual sphere positioned 0,0,1 (Man+DCC and answering yes probe has moved)
  2. Calibrate my new probe and all 3 tips in A0B0 using qual sphere positioned 0,0,1 (DCC+DCC and answering No.)
  3. Adjust my qual sphere to 0,-1,0
  4. Calibrate my master probe in A0B0 using qual sphere positioned 0,-1,0 (Man+DCC and answering yes probe has moved Also I did not reset the tip before measuring)
  5. Calibrate my new probe and all 3 tips in A90B180 using qual sphere positioned 0,-1,0 (DCC+DCC and answering No.)
Results appear good. My question though, is are all of my probes still properly correlated to each other? Or did I just undo any tips that were correlated when I had my qual sphere at A0B0? Is there a good methodology to test this?

Also would it be beneficial to have a secondary master probe that would go as follows?
  1. Calibrate my master probe in A0B0 using qual sphere positioned 0,0,1 (Man+DCC and answering yes probe has moved)
  2. Calibrate 2nd master probe in A0B0 using qual sphere position 0,0,1 (DCC+DCC and answering No)
  3. Calibrate my new probe and all 3 tips in A0B0 using qual sphere positioned 0,0,1 (DCC+DCC and answering No.)
  4. Adjust my qual sphere to 0,-1,0
  5. Calibrate my 2nd master probe in A0B0 using qual sphere positioned 0,-1,0 (Man+DCC and answering yes) (Would this even still correlate back to the original master probe?)
  6. Calibrate my new probe and all 3 tips in A90B180 using qual sphere positioned 0,-1,0 (DCC+DCC and answering No.)
