4.5.4 SF no lights on machine controller

Hey all,

Just got back from an extended break and found my 4.5.4 SF not working. All the lights on the jogbox are off and there's also no lights on my controller, pic attached for reference. I've tried to fully restart it per the manual a few times and I've had no luck. Anything I can do to get the controller behaving and back online or should I give support a call? Thanks in advanced!

We have the same machine where I work. It had issues with frayed connections from the PC to the CMM. We had to replace the ethernet cable with an off the self cable. That solved the issue. A contact person I used at Hexagon is Jason Hoover. I hope this helps.
