I measured a circle with actual X of -.0003 and Y of .0007. I asked PCDMIS for the position of this feature, it comes up with an X of -.0052 and a Y of .0065.
Shut down the CMM and the computer, re-booted and re-checked; same results.

Looks like you are using legacy dimensions? Is it some kind of projection error from your alignment?
Maybe try just a location dimension and not legacy and see what it tells you.
Its been a while since I messed with 2016 though.
