Hi,

how do you enter the command CLEAR/PLUS,0,PLUS,0,OFF in "Summary mode"?

You have to do it through the menu - Summary mode is not editable directly from the edit window. Go to EDIT>PREFERENCES>PARAMETERS (or press F10) then select the Clearance Plane tab.
