"In Windows XP please go to the C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Local Settings\Application Data\WAI\PC-DMIS\ current version folder.
In Windows 7 go to the C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Local Settings\Application Data\WAI\PC-DMIS\current version folder and rename the gbarstate.dat file to gbarstate.old."
Our is windows10 , where can I find this file?
