Any thoughts as to why this error keeps coming up? Only when dropping off a probe, not picking up. Happens for every probe change. Hit play and and the probe change continues on. I've went through and re-taught each position(3). Picks-up with no issues.
Not even close to being out of travel. Read the article and since I'm doing a full calibration of all three probes I'll try the reset tips for all three and then calibrate the three probe ports again.
Check the rack's clearance height to make sure it's appropriate.
As well as each rack position's individual clearance distances (both before and after, it's embedded within each port's parameters.
What a cluster @#$%. The 350 before and after was way overboard so I changed it back to the original 0 but now it's still moving the 350 before and after but not getting the error message anymore. I'll try 60 and see what happens.
60 before and after is perfect but now the error is back but changes out fine after hitting play/excecute. This started after installing 2023.1 and followed to 2023.2
Have you tried increasing the before a little bit to like 100, or 120? I'm not sure exactly where in the probe change approach this error occurs for you.
The program I'm running now is a 5 part qual repeatability study checking all 3 probes. When first excecuting the program the 200x20x3 probe was attached. Arm moves above the tool changer, stops and I get the error. Hit play to continue and it drops off the probe and picks up the one I need no problem. After the 6 angles are measured the arm moves above the tool changer again, stops and I get the error, hit play and changes with no problem. Happens again when going to get the 3rd probe. Now, when that probe is done measuring the 6 angles the probes change out with no error at all like it's supposed to.
