Did you check if you have a phantom extra process of PC-DMIS or Inspect that somehow didn't close all the way in Task Manager?

Did you ever find a solution to this issue? I have a customer facing the same issue.

Was this on Inspect 2023.2 or Inspect 5.1 or an earlier version?
