OOT is just saying how far you are out of tolerance. I do not think you can change that. The deviation will tell you whether you are on the + or - of the tolerance band. OOT is just how far you have exceeded that + or - band.
Pl.see.above image .polyworks report it shows sign.same as.deviation sign.
Can possible.do.pcdmis? Our customer ask.

polyworks shows neg because the axis is in the negative. it's still a whole number.
