Why hits of cylinder surface profile does not match points deviation?

Try reporting the cylinder as a Profile of a Surface instead of a line? Is the alignment the same? 

The same alignment. Profile of a Surface is the same as Profile of a line. 

It might be the T value vs deviation ? I think.  Anyone knows the calculation of T and deviation?

ASSIGN/T_VAL=DOT(CYL1.HIT[1..18].XYZ-CYL1..HIT[1..18].TXYZ,CYL1..HIT[1..18].TIJK)

It's a local deviation along the vector in the actual alignment.

Deviation is FORMANDLOCATION, so it takes into account the datums.

I think if the alignment and the datums are exactly the same, values should be equal (as bfire85 )

If not only reported T, added with any of some X Y Z. Then the T value was same as others. ? Why?

Can you try to execute only dimensions ?

Maybe adding xyz makes PC-DMIS read the last values, others came from a previous execution ?

What I did was modify outputs and did not run the program. There was some evident showed Both results were same. But I need  more time to run those programs after new year.
