There where some Ideas in the Idea Center which where tagged "under review".
For example (but maybe there are more):

These "under review" tags got removed a few weeks back.. Does this mean they are declined?
If so can we add the "declined"tag to them?
Also there is Spam on the first page of the Idea Center..
Is there a way to report this? I couldn't find a way to do it on the page.
