Purpose of probe file directory and what is the link with measurement program?
The probe file directory is where PC-DMIS saves all the information for any probes you have added to you measurement routines. These include information such as calibration results and the general probe builds.
PC-DMIS uses the search path option in the preferences menu to determine where to look for these files.
