Mark Global-Where Does It Actually Look?

Question

When you use the "mark global" to determine which angles your probes are using, where exactly does it look for the angles? 
 And can you specify the directory for it to look? 
 Our total calibration program for all 8 probes, both racks is about 6 hours, and I am positive that we no longer need about 1/3 of the angles, but our programs are not organized in the typical manner so I cannot trust this process without knowing exactly where it is looking first. 
 Anyone know how to control this?

mark global looks at all programs in the directory where the open program is stored as well as all sub-directories, it will not look 'up', only 'down'. 
 
 You could copy your calibration program right to the TOP most folder (or, to the C drive) and do it from there.
