Transfer of Probes/ Probe Change Data

Good Morning All!

I will make this short. I am taking over the position of the previous CMM Operator and have to make my own account on the computer connected to the CMM. When I opened up the program in the new account, I realized that nothing transfers between the two accounts. I have lost all my probe's data and the calibration/ setup of the probe changer. I still have access to the old account, so no time is lost, but for easier usability I was hoping to work everything into my account.

Is there a way to transfer the probe data and probe change data to a new account? I don't want to rebuild all my probes and re-calibrate the probe changer.

Have you set your search paths in the drive location where the probe files are saved? Unless you are using a shortcut to the previous install on the other user? We have 2 accounts on our CMM computer, and there wasn't a need to transfer for a new account being created, although it may be permissions related

if the probes are not located C:\Users\previous_user_name\somewherehere , you should be able to use the probe files.
Probe changer info is under C:\ProgramData\Hexagon\PC-DMIS\version, maybe you need "rights" to read-modify files
