How do you change the size of the Feature appearance labels in the Graphic display window?
The only way I've known to be able to change the size of feature labels is to adjust the Graphic Font size.
Press F6 while in the Edit Window, then select "Graphic Font" and in that pop-up type in or select a font size.
Font size 10 on left. Font size 7 on right. Anything below 8 needs to be typed in manually.

Thats how I do it too. Helps those with old eyes see just how bad their part really is.
