ClearenceCube doesn'tt disappear when i do snapshot

Is the snapshot set to "Live" or "Static"?

SNAPSHOT1  =SNAPSHOT/
            SOURCE/CAD
            TYPE/LIVE
SNAPSHOT2  =SNAPSHOT/
            SOURCE/CAD
            TYPE/STATIC

Make sure you CTRL+E or "Execute" the snapshot if you've made any changes after you created it to update it.

First snapshot is "LIVE", taken with clearance cube off.

Second is "Static" even with clearance cube off it retains the visual of it.

Nothing changes in either mode

i also tried 2023.2 SP2 and SP3, both negative

Did you try what my post above says? It may have changed in 2023.2. I am using 2021.2

Yes I have, it actually works in 2021.1 and not in 2023.2...

You have 2021.1 installed and it works in that version of PC-DMIS?

and yes there it works fine

I see almost no changes to how "Snapshot" works in the release notes except for this one in 2023.2

•PC-DMIS now correctly shows or hides the annotation points in the custom report
as per the viewset when you use the SNAPSHOT command to generate a report.

I have not messed with viewsets, but if you go to Insert > Report Command > Viewset then try your snapshots does that do anything? I can't try as I do not have 2023.2
